Baked fresh every day

We make our sourdough croissant with the care of daily pastry. The sourdough gives it a flavour and texture of its own that sets it apart from the classic croissant.

You can enjoy it on its own or paired with a 100% Arabica coffee from Colombia, at our shop on C/ Quart, in the Extramurs neighbourhood.
